Frequently Asked Questions
Find answers to common questions about our services and process
That's actually our favorite place to begin. You don't need a script, a shot list, or a finished concept — just a goal and a story worth telling. We'll sit down with you, ask the right questions, and help shape something concrete from whatever you're working with. The ideas often get better in that room.
We work across all four phases — Pre-production, Production, Post-production, and Finishing — and you can bring us in at any one of them. Need a full-service partner from concept to delivery? We've got it. Already have footage and just need a sharp edit and color grade? That works too. Each phase is available individually or as part of a complete package. We meet you where you are.
A lot more than most people expect. Brand films, social content, commercial spots, event coverage, original animation, projection mapping shows, motion graphics, and websites to host it all. If it lives on a screen — whether that's a phone, a cinema, or a live venue wall — we know how to make it work there.
We follow your lead. If you come in with a clear creative direction, our job is to execute it — sharply and without diluting it. We'll ask questions to make sure we understand exactly what you're going for, push back if something won't read the way you intend, and then get out of the way and make it. Your vision stays yours.
It's the difference between content that was made and content that was made for somewhere. Finishing means calibrating color for the specific screens it'll play on, integrating video with other show elements, reformatting and versioning for different platforms, and making sure nothing falls apart in the last mile. Most teams skip this step. We think it's where the work actually gets finished.
It depends on scope, but we don't hide the math. Smaller focused projects — a single edited piece, a social series, post-production on footage you already have — can come in well under $5,000. Full-service productions with pre-production, original animation, or multi-phase deliverables sit higher. The best way to get a real number is to tell us what you're making and what it needs to do. We'll give you a straight answer.
Pre-production typically takes one to two weeks depending on complexity. Production schedules vary — a single shoot day versus a multi-location series is a different conversation. Post-production usually runs two to four weeks for a polished deliverable. End to end, most projects land between four and eight weeks. If you're on a tight deadline, tell us up front — we've worked under pressure before and we'd rather know early.
Both, and everything in between. We work with brands on commercial spots, product films, and social content. We work with creative agencies, event producers, and touring acts on original content and live show elements. The through-line is always the same: you have a story, you need an audience to feel something when they see it, and we know how to make that happen.
